Payment Policy
Dixie’s Dustbusters operates on a satisfaction-first basis. This means:
You don’t pay until the job is done and you’re happy with the results.
We will provide an estimated price prior to the service, and you will be invoiced only upon completion and your approval of the service provided.
We aim for clarity and fairness in our pricing, and any unexpected charges will be disclosed and discussed before any service is rendered.
Refund Policy
Since payment is only collected after the service has been completed to your satisfaction, refund requests are extremely rare. However:
If you believe the service did not meet the expectations clearly agreed upon before booking, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a corrective service at no additional cost.
Full or partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of management if the service provided falls below acceptable standards and resolution is not possible.
To request a refund or follow-up service, please contact our team within 24 hours of the completed service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change and life happens. For this reason:
We do not charge fees for cancellations, regardless of the notice period.
While we appreciate as much notice as possible, you are free to cancel or reschedule at any time without penalty.
If you need to cancel, you may do so via the confirmation email, through our online calendar system, or by contacting us directly.
No-Show or Inaccessibility Policy
If our team arrives for a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property or contact you within a 15-minute grace period, the appointment may be marked as a missed service. In such cases:
1-hour charge will be applied automatically.
However, repeated no-shows may result in restrictions or a refusal of future bookings.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to customers via email. Continued use of our services following any policy changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
